The Boudoir Experience

Unveiled Portraits offers an extraordinary boudoir photography experience. Your photography adventure starts with a professional makeup application, wardrobe styling consultation, on-set touch ups and a super fun photo session. After the shoot every image is expertly enhanced. Each ordered selection is custom retouched by the photographer.

Boudoir photography is fun and quite easy. It makes a great gift for your significant other, boyfriend, fiancé, husband or yourself! We realize that boudoir photography is a type of photography that is probably pretty new to you, we’ve put together a summary of the process to help you better understand what to expect…

 Step 1 – Choose your session type: Full-Session or Mini-Session

We now offer sessions any time Tuesday — Fridays in our new loft style studio. Our studio is conveniently located over a salon which will provide the hair and makeup services. Sessions held at the studio will be given a discount over any other session type.

Step 2 – Reserve your session

You can start the booking process here. Full sessions require 50% of the session fee at the time of booking. Mini-Sessions require 100% payment at the time of booking. Complete payments are due one week before the session.

Once we receive notice that you’ve reserved a session we will send you a questionnaire and full details about your session.

Step 3 – Salon appointment

Please check your package to see if makeup is included with your session. If it is, we will make this appointment for you with our partner salon. If you’d like to add-on hair please let us know so we can schedule enough time with your stylist. Please allow 1 hour for makeup service and 1.5 hours for both hair and makeup. We are proud to partner with the super chic Epic a modern salon and their fabulous group of stylists.

Step 4 – Plan your wardrobe

We suggest selecting an outfit you feel great in for your first outfit; something a bit more demure. For your second outfit pick something that he might really like. Your third outfit could be something a bit out of character… anything from a corset and stockings to just a panty on the bottom and nothing on top.

Step 5 – Treat yourself right

Good rest is essential. Eat well; please don’t crash diet for your photo session. Don’t worry about heading to the tanning booth and please do not use a DIY self-tanner. These things will really not enhance your finished photos if done the week of your session. Just relax. Leave it to us to expertly pose and guide you, showcasing your best features, polishing you beautifully in the finished product.

Step 6 – Day of the session

Please arrive 10 min prior to your session time ready to be photographed. If you have hair and makeup appointments, please make sure that this appointment does NOT make you late for your photo session! If you choose to do your makeup and hair yourself, do each like a pro. It really helps bring out your features in your photos. But, don’t feel like you have to be too extravagant; sometimes hair looks best when it’s simply straightened or lightly curled.

When you arrive for your session, I will take a look at the outfits you brought and we will plan the order of the shoot. During your session you will get a short amount of time to change into your various outfits. The quicker you change the more time you will have in front of the camera.

Late/No-Show/Cancellation Policy

  • Please arrive 10 minutes before your scheduled appointment. If you are late or need to cancel please call us immediately (920-858-9827).
  • If you do not show up to this appointment you will be billed $200+tax for a no-show fee. If you are more than 30 min late you will not be photographed and charged the no-show fee.
  • Cancellation Full Session – If you need to cancel for any reason you will be refunded all but $200+tax – that amount will be applied to a future appointment or lost if you do not reschedule within 30 days.
  • Cancellation Mini Session – If you need to cancel for any reason you will not be refunded – the session fee of $219+tax will be applied to a future appointment or lost if you do not reschedule within 30 days.

After your session…

After your session, the proofs will be ready for you to view online in about 10-14 days. The proofs are shown on a password protected, secure site.  Your proofs will only be available online for 30 days – in which you need to place your order.

When your proofs are available, we will notify you. You will also receive your credit code that you will use when you place your order.

Once you place your product or print order, I expertly retouch all of the images that you select and process your order. It usually takes about 3-4 weeks for you to receive your order from the time it is placed.
